This is a very important process for all businesses, especially for SMEs. SMEs do not have the benefit of a team of experienced executives working full-time in the business. **Christian Wielage, the CEO of PlanGuru**, was one of the guest speakers in our previous webinar. He indicated that a Board of Advice can assist the business to grow and will benefit from the “call to accountability” to which the leadership team is introduced, because of the variable enquiries that they will receive from the Board of Advice members.
