1. Cost of Investment in "ESS BIZTOOLS"

Option A - ESS BIZTOOLS Total Products & Services

Annual subscription to access all material, including Business Plus+ client newsletters, updates, new papers, monthly NewsAlerts and support, is:-

Initial payment of $1000 plus 12 monthly payments of $100
(Prices include GST. Total outlay in first year is $2200 and subsequent years is $1200)

or

Discounted upfront payment of $1900 (a saving of $300)
(Prices include GST. Total outlay in first year is $1900 and subsequent years is $1050 as upfront payment.)

Option B - ESS BIZTOOLS Business Plus+ Package

Annual subscription to Business Plus+ client newsletter, including at least 11 issues per annum plus special Budget and End of Tax Year issues and papers related to each issue, is:-

Annual payment of $990

NOTE: If within 90 days you wish to upgrade from ESS BIZTOOLS Business Plus+ Package to ESS BIZTOOLS TOTAL Products & Services, then the payment made toward this subscription with be credited against the amount payable for ESS BIZTOOLS TOTAL Products & Services.

Reduced  Annual subscription for multiple offices is:

Individual Subsequent Offices:

Initial payment of $300 plus 12 monthly payments of $30
(Prices include GST. Total outlay in first year is $660 and subsequent years is $360)

or

Discounted upfront payment of $600 (a saving of $60)
(Prices include GST. Total outlay in first year is $600 and subsequent years is $330 as upfront payment.)

Condition:- One office must be paying the subscription to ESS BIZTOOLS Total Products & Services (See Option A) to receive this special price.

2. Updates

The information contained within ESS BIZTOOLS will be affected by changes of Law, Government Policies, Federal and State Budgets, Court Decisions and general business practices.  ESS BIZTOOLS material will be updated with the changes and made available on the website progressively during the year.  Subscribers will be notified by email when updates are placed on the website.

3. Release Format of New Papers

A minimum of 20 new papers will be added annually.

4. Monthly NewsAlert

The subscription fee will also include a regular NewsAlert.  The News Alert will be sent to you by email monthly and may contain:

• Advice on new papers and material available via ESS BIZTOOLS
• Suggestions on using the material in ESS BIZTOOLS
• Marketing hints and tips
• Download link for Business Plus+ client newsletter
• Staff training relative to the utilisation of ESS BIZTOOLS
• Suggestions on conducting seminars
• Any other items we think would be of interest to your firm

5. Money Back Guarantee

If, after sixty days of use, you are not completely satisfied with ESS BIZTOOLS, ESS BIZTOOLS Pty Ltd will gladly refund your subscription.
