The Licensee will sign a License which contains an Agreement that the Licensee will only use the material contained within the ESS BIZTOOLS for the conduct of seminars, staff training and for working with their own clients and targeted persons.  The Licensee is prohibited from knowingly giving or selling any of the ESS BizTools material to any other organisation that maybe interested in utilising ESS BIZTOOLS in a commercial basis, the same way as the Licensee intends to do.

In other words, the Licensee is not to sell or give ESS BIZTOOLS to any other Accountant, Legal Practitioner, Business Consultant, Tax Agent, University, College, TAFE or Training Organisation who could then use it on the same or similar basis as it is intended by the Licensee.
